And finally, Violet.
Well, I chose two very purply covers for violet, but didn’t like either of them!
Then I came across People Person by Candice Varty Williams.
I haven’t read a book like this before. Loved the start of the book, but after that, it wasn’t what I expected. I liked the five siblings, their quirks and how they handled things. Dimple made me shake my head for most of the book. Their father was a bit of a loser, though his own childhood background gave him some excuse for being such an emotional mess.
Blue, Indigo and Violet book covers sort of blurred into one at some points. I’ve just finished Standard Deviation by Katherine Heiny, which is a blue cover, but it is definitely one of my favourite books, so I had to add it. The storyline, the characters, the writing style! Brilliant!
